TicketShield Integration

Our TicketShield product ensures the protection and traceability of the tickets issued by your platform. As a result, tickets become digital assets that users can manage dynamically.

Therefore, each ticket has different statuses and possible actions. Each is explained below:

Statuses:

  • Available / Locked: The ticket is available to the end user, but the QR code is locked for security.
  • Available / Unlocked: The ticket is available to the end user, and the QR code is now visible for scanning.
  • Used: The ticket has been scanned, and the user has accessed the event.
  • Cancelled: The event has been cancelled.

Actions:

  • Ticket Sharing (TrustShare product): Create a group of friends and family (people you trust) with whom you want to securely share all tickets for that event/show.
  • Claim Digital Collectible: Obtain the event's digital collectible (NFT) and send it to a user's digital wallet.
  • Direct Download of QR to PDF: Once the Ticket is unlocked and available, the user can directly download the PDF with the corresponding QR code.

On our end, we handle the management of ticket statuses and actions, so no specific integration is required for the ticket status to change.

Additionally, it's worth noting that the product is dynamic, and new functionalities such as new statuses or actions may be added. However, once TicketShield is integrated, you will be able to take advantage of all functionalities without extra effort, as they are managed by menta. We handle their constant updates and improvements.

To turn TicketShield on or off, you must access the menta dashboard. From there, you can manage its use at the organizer, event, or show level.

ATTENTION:

Due to the protective nature of the TicketShield product and for transparency with end users, it is not possible for protected tickets (with TicketShield enabled) and unprotected tickets (with TicketShield disabled) to coexist at the same event. Therefore, TicketShield must be turned on per event/show prior to starting the ticket issuance.

If for any reason TicketShield is turned off at an event/show, all tickets that have already been issued will be unprotected, and the product cannot be turned back on for that event/show. Additionally, SuperSwap resale will be deactivated.
